    On page 7, line 17 of the striking amendment, after "education." insert "However, the rules adopted by the board shall address requirements for credits in a second language rather than a world language."

EFFECT:  Requires the rules adopted by the State Board of Education to address requirements for credits in a second language rather than a world language.
