On page 8, after line 18 of the amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7 A new section is added to chapter 82.32 RCW
to read as follows:
Beginning July 1, 2014, and each July 1st thereafter, any city,
county, or local taxing district that would receive less tax dollars as
a result of this act may apply to the department for reimbursement of
the tax dollars they would have received if not for this act. The
application must be filed with the department in a form and manner
prescribed by the department by July 31st of each year. The department
must provide any reimbursement authorized by this section by August
31st of each year."
Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 8, line 23 of the title amendment, after "52.30 RCW;" insert "adding a new section to chapter 82.32 RCW;"
EFFECT: Any city, county or other local taxing district that would receive less tax dollars as a result of the passage of this legislation may request reimbursement from the state and the state must provide for the reimbursement.
