    On page 2, after line 2, insert "(4) This section does not authorize a cause of action against a person who is engaged in free speech or other activities that are constitutionally protected or otherwise protected by law, including actions involving organized labor disputes."

EFFECT:   A business owner cannot bring a cause of action against a person who is engaged in free speech or other activities that are constitutionally protected or otherwise protected by law, including actions involving organized labor disputes.
