    On page 57, line 10, increase the General Fund--Federal Appropriation by $97,986,000

    On page 57, line 15, increase the Hospital Safety Net Assessment Account--State Appropriation by $94,886,000

    Adjust total appropriations accordingly

EFFECT:   Increases the net hospital share in the Hospital Safety Net Assessment program to be 110 percent of the state general fund share.

FISCAL EFFECT: $0 General Fund--State; $192,872,000 Other Funds increase
