    On page 3, strike all material from "in" on line 29 through "policies" on line 30

    On page 3, line 31, after "management;", strike "fisheries;"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes the following duties from the Washington coastal marine advisory council: To serve as a forum for communication on coastal fisheries issues; and to seek consistency between specified state, local, and tribal policies.
