    On page 7, line 14, strike all of section 210.

    On page 9, line 14, strike all of section 220.

    On page 10, line 14, strike all of section 230.

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct the title accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes from the bill the diversion of revenues from: (1) real estate excise tax, (2) the public utility tax, and (3) the solid waste collection tax.
