           On page 40, beginning on line 27, strike all material down to and including line 33 and insert the following:

    "(7) $588,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal

year 2014 and $856,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for

fiscal year 2015 are provided solely to implement Senate Bill No. 5955 (establishing the Washington publicly owned trust)."

EFFECT:   Deletes a budget proviso in the Department of Revenue regarding the handling of cash tax payments for marijuana-related businesses, and redirects the funds to Senate Bill No. 5955 (establishing the Washington publicly owned trust).

FISCAL IMPACT:  Redirects $1.444 million GF-S (no net increase in appropriation)
