    On page 1, line 9, after "((Three))", strike "Five", and insert "Six"

    On page 1, line 13, after "((Four))", strike "Six", and insert "Five"

EFFECT:  The number of Opportunity Scholarship Board members appointed by the Governor from a list provided by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House is increased from five to six.  The number of Opportunity Scholarship Board members appointed by the Governor from business and industry representatives is reduced from six to five.
