     AN ACT Relating to funding capital projects.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   The legislature intends to adopt legislation to fund and finance capital projects supported from state general obligation bond proceeds.
