     AN ACT Relating to the creation, extension, expansion, accountability, and transparency of state tax preferences; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1    This act shall be known and cited as the creation, extension, expansion, accountability, and transparency of state tax preferences act of 2014.
