Revises alternative learning experience provisions relating to: (1) Expanding the definition of "online course";

(2) Approval criteria for online providers;

(3) School districts claiming state funding, assessing educational progress of enrolled students, and awarding grades for online high school courses; and

(4) Changing the term "alternative learning experience program" to "alternative learning experience course."
