Requires physician assistants and osteopathic physician assistants, before being used in a remote site, to receive approval from the medical quality assurance commission and the board of osteopathic medicine and surgery, as appropriate. |
Allows a physician and an osteopathic physician to enter into delegation agreements with five physician assistants, but may petition for a waiver of this limit. |
Changes the term "practice arrangement plan" to "delegation agreement." |
