Addresses the need to recognize highly productive public schools and reward innovation and to assist public schools that are struggling by creating a recognition program, a grant program to reward innovation, and a locally administered school reform program. |
Creates a joint select committee on educator compensation to provide oversight, monitoring, and direction to revise the current salary allocation schedule. |
