    On page 7, line 26, increase the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2016 by $2,490,000

    On page 7, line 27, increase the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2017 by $2,490,000

    On page 7, line 30, correct the total.

    On page 8, after line 17, insert the following:

    "(6) $2,490,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2016 and $2,490,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2017 are provided solely to expand the parents representation program into Adams, Douglas, Lewis, Lincoln, Okanogan, San Juan, Walla Walla, Island and Pierce Counties."

EFFECT:   Increases general fund-state appropriations for the Office of Public Defense to complete the statewide expansion of the Parents Representation Program.  The program expansion includes the following counties: Adams, Douglas, Lewis, Lincoln, Okanogan, San Juan, Walla Walla, Island and Pierce.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund - State by $4,980,000.
