    On page 2, line 21, after "images" strike "is a class C felony" and insert ":

    (a) Is a gross misdemeanor on the first offense; or

    (b) Is a class C felony if the defendant has one or more prior convictions for disclosing intimate images"

EFFECT:  Lowers the crime of disclosing intimate images from a class C felony to a gross misdemeanor on the first offense. A second or subsequent offense returns to a class C felony.
