    On page 2, line 31 of the striking amendment, after "RCW 19.85.020" insert "or those manufacturers that provide raw materials to the manufacturers of distributors' products"

EFFECT:   Exempts manufacturers that provide raw materials to the manufacturers of distributors' products from being subject to Department of Ecology information requests and alternative assessment orders.
