    On page 3, after line 31, insert the following:

    "(3) An employer may prohibit a human resources manager from disclosing the wages of other employees unless the disclosure is otherwise required by law."

EFFECT: Allows an employer to prohibit a human resources manager from disclosing the wages of other employees unless the disclosure is otherwise required by law.
