    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Removes a provision that restricts the recovery of fees, costs, or awards by a person who prevails against a law enforcement or corrections agency that withholds a recording.
