     On page 2, line 33, after "(b)" insert "(i)"

    On page 2, line 38, after "ride" strike "." and insert ", as follows:"

    On page 4, line 25, after "(6)" insert "The insurance coverage requirements described in subsections (2) and (3) of this section do not apply to drivers and entities that have coverage pursuant to 46.72 RCW or 46.72A RCW.

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  (1) Makes a technical correction to properly designate the subsections of Section 3(b).

    (2) Exempts from the insurance coverage requirements of this act drivers and entities that already have insurance coverage pursuant to the statutes governing for hire operators and limousine transportation providers.
