EFFECT: Provides $2,000,000 in the 2017-2019 fiscal biennium for the North Broadway Bus Stop Safety Improvements project in lieu of its currently identified funding in the 2017-2019 and 2019-2021 fiscal biennia.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
