     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively.

EFFECT:  Changes the maximum penalty for not submitting the annual survey or report within three months of the due date, from 60 percent to 50 percent.  Applies the 50 percent penalty only if the taxpayer has been contacted by the Department of Revenue in a prior year for failure to submit a survey or report.  Extends the due date for the annual descriptive statistics report from December 1st to January 1st.  Makes technical corrections.
