    On page 48, beginning on line 4 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 35

    Renumber the remaining sections and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes the section in the bill that repeals existing law relating to the prohibition of any law or order that results in a freight or passenger railroad crew size requirement contrary to a collective bargaining agreement or a national order.
