    On page 5, line 7 of the striking amendment, after "teachers" insert ",except those that hold limited teaching certificates,"

EFFECT:   Provides that a school district that employs a retired teacher as a substitute teacher under the provisions of the act is not required to compensate substitute teachers that hold limited teaching certificates at the state rate for substitute teacher compensation.
