    On page 2, line 21, after "shall be" insert "paid"

    On page 2, line 31, after "submitted by the" strike "employer" and insert "employee"

    On page 2, line 31, after "employer" strike "under (a) of this subsection"

EFFECT:   Corrects a conflicting requirement that employers pay for contributions that are required to be paid by employees elsewhere in the bill.  Inserts an instance of a missing word in the bill language.  Eliminates an erroneous cross-reference.
