On page 2, line 28, after "development" insert ", except that a project involving the handling, storage, or processing of volatile or potentially hazardous materials is excluded from this subsection (5) when the project will be located in a geologically sensitive area"

EFFECT: Projects involving the handling, storage, or processing of volatile or potentially hazardous materials may not be considered for expedited permit processing when the project is located in a geologically sensitive area.
