    On page 5, after line 27, insert:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 10.  If specific funding for purposes of this act is not provided by June 30, 2015, in the omnibus operating appropriations act, this act is null and void."

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Adds a null and void clause.
