    On page 5, on line 20, strike "approval and"

    On page 5, on line 22, after "programs" insert the following:

    ", and to the appropriate committees of the legislature by February 1st of each year"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Eliminates requirement for approval by the Public Works Board and adds a requirement for submitting a prioritized list to the Legislature each year.
