On page 2, after line 19, insert the following:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 3.  "A new section is added to chapter 42.30 RCW to read as follows:

All meetings or conferences on petitions under RCW 82.32.160 must be open to the public."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: All petitions before the Department of Revenue must be open to the public.
