    On page 3, after line 18, insert:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec 10. If specific funding for purposes of this act is not provided by June 30, 2015, in the omnibus operating appropriations act, this act is null and void."

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Contains a null and void clause.
