Background: The programs and agencies of state government are funded on a two-year basis. The Capital Budget generally includes appropriations for the acquisition, construction and repair of capital assets such as land, buildings, and other infrastructure improvements.
Summary of Engrossed Substitute Bill: The 2016 Supplemental Capital Budget makes adjustments to the 2015-17 Enacted Capital Budget. For additional information, see the Capital Budget Summary published by the Senate Ways & Means Committee. Detailed information can be found at www.fiscal.wa.gov.
