Authorizes a disciplining authority to, after investigation, offer a remediation plan to licensed health and health-related professions to resolve eligible complaints of unprofessional conduct.

Requires the remediation plan to be posted on the department of health's web site during the term of the plan and requires the department to remove the posting from the web site after the disciplining authority determines that the license holder has successfully completed the remediation plan.
