Requires the parks and recreation commission to: (1) Conduct a pilot project exploring the feasibility, limitations, and benefits of allowing hunting in state parks; and

(2) Develop the pilot project in partnership with the department of fish and wildlife.

Requires the pilot project to allow some level of hunting activity in four state parks during the 2016, 2017, and 2018 calendar years.
