Creates the legislative task force on school siting and requires the task force to review the issue of siting schools inside and outside of urban growth areas.

Requires staff from the office of the superintendent of public instruction, affected school districts, counties, and cities to support the task force by providing local information as needed.

Expires January 1, 2016.
