Requires a court to consult the judicial information system or related databases, if available, before granting: (1) Certain orders under Title 26 RCW (domestic relations);

(2) Orders regarding a vulnerable child, vulnerable adult, or alleged incapacitated person;

(3) Letters of guardianship or administration or letters testamentary;

(4) Relief under Title 71 RCW (mental illness);

(5) Relief in certain juvenile proceedings; or

(6) Orders of protection, temporary orders of protection, or criminal no-contact orders.
