Requires a court to consult the judicial information system or any related databases, if available, before granting: (1) Certain orders under Title 26 RCW (domestic relations);

(2) An order regarding a vulnerable child, vulnerable adult, or alleged incapacitated person;

(3) Letters of guardianship or administration or letters testamentary;

(4) Any relief under Title 71 RCW (mental illness); or

(5) Any relief in certain juvenile proceedings.
