Requires a comprehensive summative evaluation: (1) At least once every six years for classroom teachers who have earned national board certification and have received a rating of level 3 or above in their last comprehensive summative evaluation; and

(2) At least once every four years for classroom teachers who have obtained professional certification and have received a rating of level 3 or above in their last comprehensive summative evaluation.
