HB 1913 - DIGEST

Requires an agency head to inform appropriate legislative policy committees if information is revealed during a rule-making hearing that indicates the existence of new data, an unanticipated adverse impact, or new cost information.

Requires the joint administrative rules review committee to review proposed rules if the rule is not within the intent of the legislature or certain new information that was not known during the legislative process is identified.

Requires any rule that has a fiscal impact of one million dollars or more to be reviewed by the joint administrative rules review committee.
