Authorizes a county to use: (1) Up to twenty-five percent of the total amount for maintenance and operations of recreational land if it has acquired rights and interests in one hundred or more acres of certain real property; and

(2) Beginning January 1, 2025, up to thirty percent of the total amount for maintenance and operations of recreational land if it has acquired rights and interests in four hundred or more acres of certain real property and has collected a conservation futures levy for twenty or more years.
