Provides a business and occupation tax credit to a person that: (1) Previously purchased an association health plan that is no longer offered in this state; and

(2) Currently purchases nongrandfathered small group coverage at a per employee cost that exceeds the per employee cost of the previously purchased association health plan.

Expires December 31, 2019.
