Requires a landlord, before offering a mobile home lot for rent or sale and no later than three days before the signing of the rental or sale agreement, to provide the prospective tenant or buyer a copy of: (1) The proposed rental or sale agreement;

(2) The rules and regulations of the mobile home park; and

(3) The manufactured/mobile home landlord-tenant act.
