Requires the department of revenue to: (1) Estimate the state general fund revenues derived from amounts paid by the department of transportation with respect to the purchase of any tangible personal property, digital product, or labor, which is subject to state sales or use tax; and

(2) Notify the state treasurer of the amount at least twenty days before the April or September transfer.

Requires the state treasurer to transfer the amount from the general fund to the motor vehicle fund.
