Transfers responsibility for the maintenance, operation, and subsequent leasing of the state capital historical museum from the Washington state historical society to the department of enterprise services.

Allows the department of enterprise services to lease the state capital historical museum to other state agencies or private parties at the discretion of the department in consultation with the office of financial management.

Prohibits the department of enterprise services from selling or disposing of the state capital historical museum building or grounds without legislative approval.
