Requires the court to impose certain firearm registration requirements on a person convicted of a felony firearm offense or found not guilty by reason of insanity of a felony firearm offense that was committed in conjunction with any of the following: (1) An offense involving sexual motivation;

(2) An offense committed against a child under the age of eighteen; or

(3) A serious violent offense.
