Provides that: (1) It is a gross misdemeanor to serve or allow a person under twenty-one years of age to enter or remain in a retail outlet licensed by the state liquor and cannabis board; and

(2) It is a misdemeanor for a person under the age of twenty-one years to enter or remain in a retail outlet licensed by the state liquor and cannabis board or represent his or her age as being twenty-one or more years for the purpose of purchasing marijuana or entering or remaining in a retail outlet licensed by the state liquor and cannabis board.
