Revises the involuntary treatment act.

Changes the procedures for the listing of specific services with regard to less restrictive alternative treatment.

Requires the care coordinator assigned to a person ordered to less restrictive alternative treatment to: (1) Submit an individualized plan for the person's treatment services to the court that entered the order;

(2) Submit the plan as soon as possible following the intake evaluation; and

(3) Submit a revised plan upon any subsequent modification in which a type of service is removed from or added to the treatment plan.
