Excludes the following from the definition of "contribution" for purposes of the fair campaign practices act: The financing by a person of the dissemination, distribution, or republication of a portion of electronic political advertising prepared by a candidate, a political committee, or its authorized agent, if the republished portion, by itself, does not promote or oppose the subject of the original political advertising.
