Exempts the following from disclosure under the public records act: (1) Financial, commercial operations, and security-related information supplied to the state liquor and cannabis board when filed by or on behalf of a licensee or prospective licensee for the purpose of obtaining, maintaining, or renewing a license to produce, process, transport, or sell marijuana; and

(2) Information submitted by an individual or business to the state liquor and cannabis board for the purpose of marijuana product traceability.
