Authorizes the state parks and recreation commission, with the affirmative vote of at least five members of the commission, to enter into a lease for up to sixty-two years for property at Saint Edward state park.

Requires the department of commerce, in consultation with the state parks and recreation commission, to conduct a study on the economic feasibility of potential public or nonprofit uses of the seminary building at Saint Edward state park.
