Prohibits a member of the public employees' retirement system, who is a state elected official, from receiving service credit for an authorized leave of absence that is provided after the member has been charged with a felony offense, unless the felony charges are subsequently dismissed or the member is acquitted of the felony charges.
SB 6124 by Senator Chase Concerning the board of pilotage commissioners. Requires the joint legislative audit and review committee to conduct a performance audit of the board of pilotage commissioners to examine whether the board is complying with certain statutory requirements.

SB 6127 by Senator Fain Providing voluntary salary reduction for elected officials. Authorizes any state elected official to: (1) Voluntarily reduce his or her salary; and(2) Direct the amount of voluntary salary reduction to be contributed to a charitable organization.
