Establishes the Washington academic, innovation, and mentoring (AIM) program act. |
Creates the Washington academic, innovation, and mentoring program to enable eligible neighborhood youth development entities to provide out-of-school time programs for youth ages six to eighteen years of age. |
Requires the department of commerce to administer the program. |
Provides that this act is null and void if appropriations are not approved. |
